14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
