  • USA Orders: As a USA-based company, all domestic orders are shipped internally. This ensures a swift transit process with no customs delays and zero tariffs.

  • Europe & Canada: We offer Free Shipping to Europe and Canada.

  • Taxes & Tariffs: For our European customers, we clear all Import Taxes and Tariffs on our end. You won't have to pay a single penny extra upon delivery. We handle the paperwork; you enjoy the product.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Window

We understand that plans can change.

  • You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order.

  • After 24 hours, the order is sent to our processing department. If you wish to cancel after this period, you will need to wait for the item to be delivered and then initiate a return.

3. Special Refund & Delivery Protection

If your order is refunded while the item is still in transit, we maintain a policy of mutual trust:

  • Unopened Returns: If the item is delivered after a refund has been issued, you must not open the package. It must remain in its original, sealed condition.

  • Return Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return label. Simply ship the unopened box back to us.

  • Important: If the package is opened or used after a refund has been issued, the return will be voided, as the product can no longer be verified as "New."

  • Custom Designs: For those seeking bespoke creations, please allow approximately 3 weeks. We take the extra time to ensure your custom piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail.

5. Returns & 15-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • 15-Day Right to Return: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Damages: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@ragnararmoury.com and we will make it right.

6. Guaranteed Satisfaction

  • 4-Week Arrival Guarantee: If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks, we will issue a Full Refund immediately.

  • Fast Refunds: Once a return is approved, your refund is processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high standards and offer unique products, certain items cannot be returned:
