At Ragnar Armoury, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have designed a straightforward return process to protect your investment.
1. 24-Hour Cancellation Window
We understand that plans can change.

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order.

After 24 hours, the order is sent to our processing department. If you wish to cancel after this period, you will need to wait for the item to be delivered and then initiate a return.
2. 15-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, and in its original packaging.

All items must be in the same condition that you received them.
3. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards and offer unique products, certain items cannot be returned:

Custom & Personalized Orders: Any items handcrafted to your specific measurements or custom designs (Bespoke items) are non-returnable. These are made exclusively for you.

Gift Cards: We do not accept returns on digital or physical gift cards.
4. How to Start a Return
Step 1: Contact us at support@ragnararmoury.com to notify us of your return. Step 2: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.
Note: Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, email us at support@ragnararmoury.com. We will evaluate the issue immediately and provide a replacement or a fix to make it right.
6. Exchanges
The most efficient way to get what you need is to return the original item for a refund. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new, separate order for the replacement item.
7. 15-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 15 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return eligibility criteria (unused and in original packaging).
8. Refund Timeline

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Processing: If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

9. Delivery & Accuracy Guarantee

4-Week Arrival: If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks, we will issue a Full Refund immediately.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping and send you the correct item at no extra cost.
