Most blades arrive with a working edge. If you want a piece blunted for display, a costume or a household with children, tell us in the order notes and we will finish it that way at no extra cost.

Wall pieces come ready to hang. Shields have a strap and grip, and larger swords can be supplied with a stand on request.

Free shipping - no minimum order - to the United States, Canada, Europe and the UK, plus UAE, Singapore, South Korea, New Zealand, Mexico, Colombia and Iceland.

Everywhere else is a flat $39, shown at checkout before you pay. We do ship worldwide.

Two parts: making it, then shipping it.

In the workshop: standard items leave within about a week. Custom pieces take around 3 weeks.

In transit:

• United States - 5 to 10 working days
• Canada - 7 to 12 working days
• Europe and the UK - 7 to 12 working days
• Rest of the world - varies, ask us for an estimate

Need it by a certain date? Ask before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Europe: no. We ship Delivered Duty Paid, so duty, import tax and VAT are already covered by us. The checkout price is the final price.

United States: no. We are American owned and ship from the USA, so there is no customs process at all.

Elsewhere: any local import charges are set by your own customs office and are not included. Message us before ordering and we will tell you what to expect.

Every order ships tracked. You get an email with the tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop.

Follow it any time on our Track your order page. If the email has not arrived, check your spam folder, then send us your order number and we will look it up the same day.

You have 24 hours from purchase to cancel. After that the order moves to our processing department and work begins.

If you need to change a detail - size, engraving, colour - email us straight away. If we have not started forging, we can usually still adjust it.

You have 15 days from delivery to request a return, for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Email support@ragnararmoury.com first - we will approve it and send you a return label. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Custom and personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty, because they were made only for you. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Once your return reaches us we inspect it and email you the outcome the same day.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and nothing has landed, email us and we will chase it.

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or simply not what you ordered, email us with photos and we will replace it or refund you.

If we sent the wrong product, we cover the return shipping and send the correct piece at no extra cost.

If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks, we issue a full refund immediately - no questions asked.

If tracking stops moving before that, tell us and we will open the claim with the carrier ourselves. You do not have to chase them.
